Disaster Recovery Administrative Coordinator (Cloud)Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid - 2/3 days on-site) Pay Rate: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour Contract Type: Direct W2 Only (Strictly No C2C, Third-Party, or W2 Referrals) Duration: 6 Months+ (Long-term potential)Role OverviewWe are looking for two Disaster Recovery (DR) Administrative Coordinators to support a major enterprise Datacenter build-out. These roles are focused on the administrative governance of the DR lifecycle. Rather than performing the technical testing, you will act as the "checks and balances," ensuring that application owners and technical teams are adhering to testing schedules, documenting results accurately, and meeting enterprise resiliency requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesEngagement & Tracking: Proactively follow up with application owners to ensure they are scheduling and completing required DR tests for cloud-hosted applications.Compliance Monitoring: Verify that all testing activities are documented according to internal policies and regulatory standards; ensure "proof of test" artifacts are collected.Schedule Coordination: Maintain the master DR test calendar, ensuring there are no resource conflicts between application teams and infrastructure support.Documentation Support: Assist teams in the administrative upkeep of DR runbooks and playbooks, ensuring they are updated and stored in the appropriate repositories.Status Reporting: Monitor progress against DR deadlines and produce status reports for leadership to highlight applications that are non-compliant or behind schedule.Meeting Facilitation: Coordinate and document pre-test walkthroughs and post-test review meetings; track open remediation items to closure. Required Skills & ExperienceProject Coordination: 3-5+ years of experience in an administrative, project coordination, or IT governance role within a large corporate environment.Process Discipline: Experience in a "high-follow-up" role where you are responsible for holding others accountable to deadlines and documentation standards.Financial Services Pedigree: Previous experience working within a highly regulated financial institution is a major plus.Communication: Strong verbal and written skills; ability to communicate professionally with technical leads and business stakeholders.Tools: Proficiency in ServiceNow, Jira, or SharePoint for tracking tasks and managing documentation. Familiarity with Excel for data tracking is required.Position RequirementsStrictly W2 Only: We cannot accept C2C, 1099, or third-party candidates.Administrative Focus: This is not a technical "hands-on" or testing role.
