Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to ensure an outstanding customer experience. Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times. Develop innovative beverage recipes and recommend drink pairings to enhance guest satisfaction. Monitor inventory levels of spirits, beers, wines, and mixers; assist with stock replenishment as needed. Handle cash handling responsibilities responsibly while processing payments swiftly during busy hours. Collaborate with kitchen staff for food service occasions such as banquets or catering events. Uphold responsible alcohol service policies and ensure compliance with all local regulations. Contribute to a lively atmosphere by managing bar management duties including scheduling and maintaining a positive environment. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining or high-volume settings; hospitality industry experience preferred. Extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, craft beers, mixology techniques, and beverage recipe development. Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling skills required. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Food safety certification or knowledge of food handling practices is highly desirable. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
