Senior Accountant Manager

We are looking for a Senior Accountant Manager.Education & Experience: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in accounting and a minimum of three years of professional accounting experience; must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Quick Books; must have effective written and verbal communication skills; must be able to work independently.Primary Responsibilities:• Monthly reconciliations of general ledger accounts for all entities• Recording journal entries and other tasks on the monthly basis for multiple entities• Tracking fixed assets & capital projects• Actively participating in all required audits and tax filings• Paying vendors and resolving any discrepancies if needed• Communication with customers and vendors concerning billing and transactions.• Reviewing and managing accounting records• A/P, A/R• Remote bank deposits on the daily basisJob Location Lakewood 08701, NJ (USA)Full-Time, Monday thru Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.
