Locum Tenens On Call CRNA - Outpatient Anesthesia - $250 per hour

Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Anesthesia Discipline: CRNA Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days, flexible, on call, rotating Employment Type: Locum Tenens Job Summary We are seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a float position serving multiple sites in Mid-Michigan, including Clare, Gladwin, and West Branch. This role offers an independent practice model, a broad case mix, and a consistent weekday schedule, making it an excellent opportunity for CRNAs seeking both variety and work-life balance. Schedule Monday through Friday 8-hour shifts (6:30 AM – 3:00 PM) 1–2 days for orientation and proctoring Independent practice model Call Responsibilities Optional or 1:3 rotation Primary call location in Clare No obstetrics call Weeknight call until 11:00 PM Weekend call from 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM 1-hour response time 1–2 holidays per year Case Mix General anesthesia, MAC, and regional anesthesia Bread and butter and laparoscopic procedures GI cases (performed in Gladwin) Ophthalmology (cataracts) Podiatry (approximately 4 days per month) Orthopedics (half day per month, includes blocks) Vascular (occasional) Cardiology (TEE and cardioversions) Inpatient and Emergency Department support (airway and IV access) Patient distribution is approximately 80–90% outpatient and 10–20% inpatient.
