Regional Vice President of OperationsNational Horizon Real Estate Services, LLCLocation: Las Vegas, Nevada and Northern ArizonaEmployment Type: Full-Time, ExemptCompensation: $175,000 to $210,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility and a generous benefits packageNational Horizon Real Estate Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Regional Vice President of Operations to oversee multifamily property operations throughout the Las Vegas and Northern Arizona region.This senior leadership role is responsible for driving portfolio performance, leading regional and site teams, supporting client and ownership relationships, improving financial results, and ensuring consistent operational standards across assigned communities.Key Responsibilities:• Oversee daily operations for assigned multifamily communities across the region• Lead, coach, and develop Regional Managers, Community Managers, Service Managers, and site teams• Drive financial performance, including occupancy, revenue growth, expense control, NOI, delinquency, renewals, and budget performance• Review property financials, operating reports, market trends, leasing performance, and key performance indicators• Partner with executive leadership, ownership groups, and asset managers on budgets, business plans, capital projects, and operational strategy• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, landlord-tenant laws, company policies, safety standards, and risk management procedures• Conduct regular site visits to evaluate property performance, curb appeal, team execution, maintenance standards, and resident experience• Support leasing, marketing, reputation management, renewal strategy, and resident retention efforts• Oversee maintenance operations, service standards, make-ready performance, vendor relationships, and capital improvement execution• Build strong client relationships through clear communication, accountability, and consistent follow-throughQualifications:• 10 or more years of progressive multifamily property management experience• 5 or more years in regional or senior portfolio leadership• Strong financial acumen, including budgets, variance analysis, NOI management, revenue strategy, and capital planning• Proven ability to lead multiple communities and high-performing teams across a regional portfolio• Experience with Nevada, Arizona, or comparable western markets preferred• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing, landlord-tenant requirements, compliance, risk management, and property operations• Experience with Entrata, Yardi, RealPage, ResMan, or similar property management platforms preferred• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Strong executive presence and the ability to work effectively with ownership, clients, vendors, residents, and internal teams• Ability to travel regularly throughout Las Vegas and Northern Arizona• Nevada and/or Arizona real estate license preferred, but not required unless applicable by law or portfolio assignmentIdeal Candidate:The ideal candidate is a confident, accountable, and experienced multifamily operations leader who can balance ownership expectations, team development, financial performance, resident experience, and company standards.National Horizon is looking for a professional who leads with integrity, communicates clearly, solves problems quickly, and understands how to protect and improve asset performance across a regional portfolio.Compensation and Benefits:• Annual salary range of $175,000 to $210,000• Bonus eligibility• Generous benefits package• Paid time off• Professional development opportunities• Company-supported technology and resourcesNational Horizon Real Estate Services, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
