This role ensures seamless execution of roadshow logistics, inventory management, and cross-functional collaboration between internal teams and third-party logistics providers.Key ResponsibilitiesTransfer Order Management & DocumentationCreate and manage Transfer Orders (TOs) for roadshow shipments to retail locationsUpload product assembly Work Orders (Kitting Requests) with appropriate lead timesEnsure all TOs include accurate Allocation Plans and are properly integrated between ERP and 3PL fulfillment systemsMaintain accurate documentation across master show schedules and internal tracking toolsInventory Operations & Issue ResolutionMonitor and resolve inventory discrepancies for active roadshow locationsCoordinate with warehouse teams to address planogram (POG) discrepancies prior to show completionManage replenishment orders to maintain optimal stock levels during live eventsHandle urgent shipment requests requiring expedited or overnight deliverySchedule Management & PlanningUpload and maintain roadshow schedules within the ERP systemCoordinate with internal stakeholders to confirm show dates, locations, and product quantitiesManage changes to Bills of Materials (BOMs) and SKU configurations by locationPartner with cross-functional teams to finalize planograms prior to schedule uploadsReturns & Transfer Order ClosureProcess and close return Transfer Orders for completed roadshowsCross-reference fulfillment systems before closing TOs to ensure inventory accuracyManage partially fulfilled orders and determine proper line-item closuresIdentify and resolve stale transfer orders to maintain clean system recordsCross-Functional CollaborationCoordinate with fulfillment centers, logistics partners, and merchant teamsWork closely with inventory operations to resolve ERP and system discrepanciesCommunicate with retail partners regarding show confirmations and operational changesPartner with warehouse operations to ensure timely order fulfillment and shippingRequirementsRequired Skills & QualificationsStrong organizational and project management skillsExperience working with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) and 3PL fulfillment platformsAbility to manage multiple concurrent events and shifting timelinesExcellent cross-functional communication skillsStrong problem-solving ability, particularly in time-sensitive inventory and shipping scenariosHigh attention to detail in documentation and order managementComfortable working in fast-paced environments with evolving prioritiesPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting warehouse club roadshows or retail event programsBackground in retail operations, supply chain, or inventory coordinationFamiliarity with SKU-level allocation planning and BOM managementSuccess MetricsTimely and accurate creation and processing of Transfer OrdersMinimal inventory discrepancies across active roadshow locationsSeamless coordination of logistics across multiple retail partnersAccurate and efficient return processing and order closure#J-18808-Ljbffr
