The Sales Representative will be responsible for building relationships with clients, understanding their insurance and financial service needs, and offering tailored solutions from a variety of top insurance carriers. The role includes managing inbound and outbound sales calls, developing quotes, providing policy reviews, and assisting clients with claims or policy updates. Additionally, the position requires ongoing collaboration with teammates and participating in initiatives to drive sales growth while maintaining a customer-centric approach. Qualifications Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skillsProven ability in sales, customer service, and relationship managementProficiency in using CRM tools or software and basic computer skillsProblem-solving, negotiation, and time-management expertiseKnowledge of insurance products or financial services; prior experience in insurance sales is a plusLicensed in property, casualty, life, and health insurance (or willingness to obtain licenses upon hire)Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving sales goalsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
