What You'll Do As a VIP Experience Host, you'll act as a guide and ambassador for our guests, ensuring every moment of their visit is seamless, engaging, and memorable. Responsibilities include:
Escort VIP guests throughout the park while providing tailored recommendations and insights
Create personalized experiences based on guest interests, needs, and group dynamics
Share knowledge of attractions, dining, and exclusive offerings
Ensure guests arrive on time to scheduled experiences
Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and guest focus at all times
Support overall park operations while prioritizing safety and guest satisfaction
Occasionally assist with VIP experience sales and general guest support
What We're Looking For We're seeking individuals who are outgoing, self-motivated, and energized by working directly with guests all day.
Must be at least 18 years of age
Prior customer service or guest-facing experience
Comfortable engaging with guests continuously throughout the day
Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, etc.)
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in hospitality, entertainment, education, or tourism
Multilingual abilities (Spanish, Mandarin, or other languages are a plus)
Familiarity with theme park or resort environments
Schedule & Availability Flexible availability is required, including weekends and holidays
Priority scheduling needs are Sunday through Wednesday
Ability to work a variety of shifts, including full-day assignments
This is a Seasonal position with an end date of 10/31/2026.
Physical Requirements May be required to stand/walk for over 12 hours in a single day
Ability to ride every ride/attraction at the Resort.
Often helps push strollers and assists carrying VIP guests' personal items
