Job Title: Accounting Clerk Location: Cherry Hill, NJ Compensation: $50,000$60,000 annually Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire, On-Site Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM Job Summary: Our Client in Cherry Hill, NJ is seeking three Accounting Clerks to support their accounting team. This temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who enjoy working with numbers and data and have a working knowledge of accounting principals. Experience with NetSuite is a major plus. Responsibilities: Perform data entry of accounting and financial information with a high level of accuracy Assist with accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions Enter and process vendor invoices Post and apply customer and vendor payments Research and resolve discrepancies, including identifying which payments were applied to which invoices Support accounting clean-up and reconciliation efforts Maintain organized and accurate financial records Work within NetSuite (preferred) or other accounting systems Assist with additional accounting and administrative tasks as needed Requirements: Previous experience in accounting support, accounting clerk, bookkeeping, or data entry preferred NetSuite experience is a strong plus Basic understanding of AP/AR and accounting processes Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer systems Ability to learn quickly and follow established processes Interested?
