The Financial Operations Specialist supports the Controller and Assistant Controller in managing key financial processes related to client funding. This role serves as the primary point of contact for the department, handling inquiries from clients, partners, and internal stakeholders while ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the main liaison for clients, partners, and internal teams regardingPayment applicationsBalance returnsInternal funds transfersOther client funding inquiriesComplete initial entry of electronic and physical payments received to fund Client PCard accounts and forward for review.Manage Department Salesforce queueReceive and respond to cases within department-set time guidelines.Review and adjust case setting to ensure proper flow of dataEscalate cases as needed through proper tagging and reassignment procedureClose cases as needed to ensure an organized and efficient queueSupport CASHet Shipping team when necessary, including but not limited to invoice generation, collection activity, and responding to client questionsAssist with quarterly rebate payment to ClientsPrepare Rebate StatementsCross-check Amounts Due versus Spend to prevent overpaymentCoordinate payment method with ClientsIssue payment in accordance with Client’s request and Management’s approvalAdditional duties as assignedJob Requirements / Qualifications NeededExcellent knowledge of Commercial Banking and Treasury ManagementFamiliarity with Accounting/BookkeepingAble to communicate clearly about financial activity Positive attitude toward assisting clients, even under pressureAbility to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environmentExperience with Salesforce strongly preferredStrong skills in Excel, Microsoft Office, WordStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience with GIACT a plusAble to take directionStrong attention to detailComfortable with repetitive tasksCommitment to meeting deadlinesAble to audit historical dataStrong problem-solving skillsOther Benefits And Perks Included AreHealth, Dental, and Vision options401(k) retirement savings plan and company matchPaid holidays, vacation time, and sick timeParticipation in company equity plansEmployee Assistance Program, mental health and wellness programsTraining and developmentAnnual bonus and merit reviewsThe salary range for this position in $68,500 to $80,000 and will be commensurate with experience related to the position.Entertainment Partners seeks to employ the most qualified individuals from the available workforce and to provide equal employment opportunity for all persons.
