We attract ambitious individuals who operate in unique ways while upholding exceptional craftsmanship and excellence.THE ROLEConsistently achieve and exceed monthly, seasonal, quarterly, and annual sales objectivesDevelop and maintain a sophisticated client network by leveraging clienteling tools and building long-term relationships through meaningful, personalized communication and serviceDemonstrate exceptional knowledge of Thom Browne collections, brand heritage, and craftsmanship to provide clients with tailored recommendations across all product categoriesProactively identify opportunities to elevate the client experience through styling, cross-selling, and storytelling, staying attuned to emerging client needsCommunicate valuable insights on client preferences, product performance, and market trends to drive salesEnsure operational excellence by managing product flow, maintaining internal control standards, and supporting seamless service delivery to drive sales performanceTHE IDEAL CANDIDATEMinimum 2-3 years’ experience in luxury retail or a high-touch client service environmentAbility to source prospective clients through authentic outreach and strategic engagementDemonstrated proficiency in client relationship management, product knowledge, selling techniques, and effective communicationHighly organized and self-motivated, with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindsetConfident, polished, and entrepreneurial; capable of excelling both independently and as part of a dynamic teamPassionate representative of the Thom Browne worldWHAT WE OFFER YOUCompetitive compensation.
