Our Summer Internship Program is built for students who want real experience, real ownership, and real impact. From day one, interns work on meaningful business projects that support teams across our Support Centers in New York City and Atlanta. You’ll collaborate with leaders, partner across functions, and see firsthand how ideas turn into action at a fast-growing, guest‑focused company. In addition to project work, interns participate in a structured cohort experience designed to provide exposure to our culture, our operations, and the people who make Shake Shack special.
