Bilingual Patient Account Specialist
A company is looking for a Bilingual Patient Account Resolution Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Handle 75+ inbound and outbound calls daily to resolve patient inquiries
Conduct daily collections on patient account balances and meet monthly collection goals
Review patient accounts for billing accuracy and initiate necessary actions for discrepancies
Required Qualifications
GED/High School Diploma
1+ years of customer service experience in a call center environment
Previous negotiations, sales, or collections experience preferred
Experience in medical collections or revenue cycle preferred but not required
Fluency in English and Spanish
