Adecco is immediately hiring multiple Manufacturing Associates for a company in Nampa, ID! As a Manufacturing Associate, you will help build and assemble modular homes in an indoor, climate-controlled factory assembly line.Pay: $20-23+ DOEShift/Hours: 1st Shift4-10s: Monday-Thursday 7:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. MSTResponsibilitiesFollow written instructions and diagrams to cut and measure wood to create kits for walls and floors/ceilingsUse tape measure and power tools including hand and table saws, drills, routers and nail gunsPerform tasks such as assisting in laying insulation and electrical wiring, painting and final finishPerform cleaning and maintenance tasks assigned by leadershipQualifications2+ years Construction, Carpentry, Woodworking or relevant experienceA positive attitude and team-focused mindsetAbility to read a tape measure and use hand, power and pneumatic toolsStrong problem-solving and self-starting abilitiesPassion for innovation and process improvementAbility to stand, bend for duration of shiftAbility to lift 50lbs occasionallyPreferred Qualifications:Electrical wiring installation experienceModular or Tiny Home building experiencePay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
