Construction Supervisor

Seeking a dependable Site Superintendent to manage the daily operations of concrete restoration projects. This is a management position responsible for directing field crews, coordinating work, maintaining safety and quality, and keeping projects on schedule. Responsibilities Manage daily field operations and crew assignments Plan manpower, materials, equipment and upcoming work Monitor safety, quality and production Review drawings, repair details and project specifications Coordinate concrete demolition, reinforcement, formwork and concrete placement Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, inspections and testing Complete daily reports, photos, timecards and quantity tracking Communicate field issues and progress to the project manager Maintain a clean, organized and professional jobsite Typical Work Parking garage restoration Full-depth and partial-depth concrete repairs Overhead, beam, column, slab and wall repairs Reinforcing steel replacement Formwork and concrete placement Waterproofing, traffic coatings and joint sealants Shoring and structural repair work Qualifications 3+ years of construction field experience Previous foreman, assistant superintendent or superintendent experience Concrete restoration experience preferred Ability to read construction drawings and specifications Strong leadership, organization and communication skills OSHA 30 preferred Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Basic computer and smartphone skills Please submit your resume with a brief summary of your concrete restoration and crew-management experience.
