Job title: SAP FSRI Techno Functional ConsultantLocation: Parsippany, NJ (Onsite) Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled SAP FSRI Techno-Functional Consultant to design, implement, and optimize SAP Financial Services Risk Management (FSRI) solutions. This role bridges technical development with functional expertise to support AIG's risk, compliance, and regulatory reporting needs in the insurance sector. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance FSRI modules, ensuring seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise systems. Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze business requirements and configure SAP FSRI modules, including Market Risk Analyzer (MRA), Credit Risk Analyzer (CRA), and Regulatory Reporting.Develop custom ABAP enhancements, Fiori apps, and interfaces (e.g., IDocs, OData) for FSRI processes tailored to insurance risk scenarios.Perform end-to-end implementations, upgrades, and migrations of SAP FSRI, including integration with SAP Treasury, Finance (TRM, FI/CO), and third-party risk systems.Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for FSRI solutions.Provide techno-functional support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance using tools like SAP Solution Manager and BW/4HANA.Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver regulatory compliance solutions (e.g., IFRS 17, Solvency II) and risk analytics dashboards.Train end-users and document configurations, developments, and processes. Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related field; SAP certifications in FSRI, S/4HANA Finance, or ABAP preferred.8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FSRI techno-functional consulting, with 4+ years specifically in financial services/insurance domains.Strong proficiency in ABAP/ABAP OO, CDS Views, AMDP, SAP Fiori, and SAPUI5 for FSRI customizations.Expertise in FSRI configuration for risk calculations, collateral management, and exposure modeling.Experience with SAP integration technologies (PI/PO, CPI) and data migration tools (SLT, LSMW).Knowledge of insurance regulations (e.g., IFRS 17, NAIC) and risk frameworks.Excellent problem-solving skills, with experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies. Preferred SkillsExposure to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or BW for risk reporting.Familiarity with AIG's tech stack or similar (e.g., cloud integrations with AWS/Azure).Strong communication skills for stakeholder management in a global environment.Thanks And RegardsGauravmh@erostechnologies.com
