This role is designed to provide hands-on, real-world experience within a growing construction services organization. Co-ops may be placed in construction-focused roles or business/support functions, depending on the student’s area of study and interests.As a co-op, you will be treated as a valued team member, given meaningful responsibilities, and supported through mentorship and on-the-job learning. This experience is intended to complement your academic coursework while building professional skills and industry exposure.Job ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities will vary based on department and assignment, but may include:Construction-Focused RolesAssist with day-to-day project or field operationsSupport project planning, scheduling, and documentationHelp coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, or internal teamsParticipate in job site visits, meetings, or walkthroughsMaintain project files, logs, reports, or drawingsSupport safety, quality, and productivity initiativesSupport / Corporate RolesAssist with administrative, analytical, or coordination tasksSupport department-specific projects and initiativesHelp maintain records, reports, or internal documentationParticipate in process improvement or special projectsCollaborate with team members across departmentsSkillsStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency with Microsoft Office and/or related software (based on role)Willingness to learn and take on new challengesEducation/ExperienceCurrently enrolled in an accredited college or universityPursuing a degree related to construction, engineering, architecture, business, human resources, accounting, finance, IT, marketing, communications, safety, or a related fieldA valid driver's license is required for all co-op roles.Interested parties should apply on our website at www.rlgbuilds.com/careers.The Rudolph/Libbe Companies Inc. is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
