This role supports project completion through framing to finish work carpentry and contributes directly to jobsite productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.Core ResponsibilitiesConstruction ExecutionPerform framing, and finish carpentry workInstall trim, doors, cabinets, and interior finishesInterpret blueprints, sketches, and verbal scope instructionsComplete assigned scopes without constant supervisionJobsite ProductivityMaintain efficient workflow and meet daily production targetsPlan work sequence to minimize downtime and reworkIdentify and communicate material or scope issues earlyQuality ControlDeliver clean, professional-grade finish workSelf-inspect work to reduce punch list itemsMaintain consistency with company standardsJobsite Management (as applicable)Assist in directing laborers or apprenticesCoordinate with subcontractors when neededMaintain clean, organized, and safe job sitesRequired Skills & Experience5+ years residential construction experienceStrong working knowledge of framing and finish carpentryAbility to read and interpret construction drawingsProficient with hand tools and power toolsReliable transportation and valid driver’s licensePreferred (High-Value) SkillsFinish carpentry (trim, cabinetry, detail work)Ability to run small jobs independentlyBasic customer communication skillsLight project leadership experiencePerformance ExpectationsConsistent attendance and reliabilityMinimal supervision requiredLow rework / high first-pass qualityMeets or exceeds daily/weekly production targets***** Consistent work year-round***** Competitive wages***** Company vehicle***** Monthly production and quality bonuses***** Paid time off + Full shutdown Christmas - New Years
