Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Hourly Rate BCBA $50-$62 per hour depending on experience level Key Qualities Servant Leadership, Integrity, Demonstrate competence, effective communicator, collaborator Trustworthy, Professional, self-reflective, aware of bias, cultural humility Core Responsibilities Provide behavior analytical services (consultation, assessment, treatment) Clinical Oversight / Supervision Model Implementation of: Intensive Teaching, NET, Functional Communication Training (FCT), Social Skills Training, Schedules of reinforcement Transfer Skills to caretaker / parent / teacher Provide Behavior Analytical training IOA Attend monthly trainings, supervision and collaboration meetings Requirements BCBA certification Professional Liability insurance Hybrid *All adaptive and supervision services must be conducted on-site. Some assessment services may be completed off-site (private location, school, home). Experience / Education 2 years' experience within Behavioral Health 2 years' experience in direct service with clients BCBA certification Master’s Degree or Doctorate Supervision training *May be provided on-site with employer CPR & First aid training *May be provided on-site with employer Safety Care training *May be provided on-site with employer Clearances (Clearances current within 12 months and required for each state services have been provided in) Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance Criminal (Act 34) Clearance TB Screening & Pre-employment health screening (within 3 months) Education & Certification Documentation - Official Transcript & BCBA certification EEO statement & Non-discrimination in services An open and equitable personnel system will be established and maintained.
