Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager / PMO Lead to drive the delivery of complex, enterprise-scale technology initiatives. This role will lead multi-workstream programs, establish governance frameworks, and align cross-functional stakeholders to execute strategic initiatives from planning through production.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience delivering enterprise platforms, leading large-scale transformations, and driving operational rigor, accountability, and measurable business outcomes across technology and operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale technology programs, including enterprise application implementations and platform modernization initiatives
Develop and manage program plans, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements
Establish and enforce governance frameworks to ensure alignment, visibility, and accountability across multiple teams and stakeholders
Drive cross-functional collaboration between internal teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders
Provide clear and consistent communication of program status, risks, and performance metrics to leadership
Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively manage issues to ensure successful delivery
Ensure programs are delivered within agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations
Lead continuous improvement initiatives and drive operational efficiencies across teams and processes
Translate strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps and execution plans in partnership with engineering and product teams
Facilitate streamlined delivery processes across development teams and external partners
Apply and guide teams on delivery frameworks and methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and Waterfall
Provide data-driven reporting and insights to support executive decision-making
Required Skills
Strong technical and business communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership
Proven experience in Program Management and PMO leadership
Experience leading enterprise technology implementations and business transformations
Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies
Experience with:
Program and project management tools (Jira, SharePoint)
Executive reporting and presentations (PowerPoint)
Knowledge of:
API-driven architectures and product development lifecycles
Business process improvement and transformation initiatives
Risk management and governance frameworks
Preferred Skills
PMP or similar project/program management certification
Experience in change management and organizational transformation initiatives
Data analysis and reporting experience
Advanced experience in risk management and process improvement
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Required Experience
10+ years of experience in IT or technology delivery
5+ years of experience in Program / Project Management at scale
Demonstrated expertise leading complex, cross-functional programs and enterprise implementations
Education
Required: Bachelor's Degree
Preferred: Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP or equivalent program management certifications)
