This role focuses on financial operations, payroll processing, and project support across film and animation projects.Key Responsibilities:Enter contractual obligations into SAP and maintain financial/project dataProcess cast & crew payroll (Animation & Film divisions)Calculate and process monthly overhead payments per agreementsManage timecards, expense reports, onboarding & termination paperworkReview invoices and support financial reporting & reconciliationsPrepare journal entries & cost summariesCoordinate with vendors during onboarding and setupSupport ad-hoc financial analysis and reportingRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance2+ years of finance/accounting experienceStrong Excel skills (MS Office Suite)Excellent attention to detail & organizational skillsNice-to-Have:Experience with SAP or OracleExposure to payroll, production finance, or media/entertainment industryWhy Apply?Work on exciting film & animation projectsGain hands-on exposure in development financeOpportunity for long-term growth & conversionInterested?
