The therapist will work with a diverse patient population, including Med Surg, Orthopedics, General Medical, and Neurologic cases, and will manage 7-9 patients daily. Participation in weekend shifts (one weekend per month) is required.ResponsibilitiesEvaluate and create treatment plans for patients.Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patient outcomes.Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureMinimum of 2 years of recent experience in an acute care facility.Current CA Physical Therapist License.BLS Certification.Previous acute care experience is essential.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
