PURPOSE OF THE POSITION The Supply Chain Distribution Associate plays a critical role in managing and optimizing the supply chain distribution activities for 7 Brew Coffee. This role involves handling distributor communications, tracking financial transactions, auditing invoices, and troubleshooting supply-related issues to support the efficient functioning of our stand locations.Responsibilities Manage weekly calls and communication with distributors Outline and review important changes, limited time offers and product updates with distributors Track billbacks and credits to ensure accurate financials Collaborate with Finance Department to resolve any discrepancies related to distributor or supplier transactions. Audit invoices for accuracy prior to payment. Work with suppliers and distributors to address and rectify any billing errors or inconsistencies. Resolve supply issues in a timely manner. Education Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related work experience. Experience Qualification3+ years of experience in foodservice distribution, supply chain management, or related/affiliated industry. Proven experience in demand planning, forecasting or similar role Experience in a multi-channel foodservice distribution network. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS Or ABILITIES Knowledge of restaurant/retail operations, foodservice distribution/logistics systems, and supply chain management. Ability to take initiative in a constantly changing work environment. Strong interpersonal and analytical skills. Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines while accomplishing team objectives.
