This is a unique opportunity to help shape and develop wellness services within an established, high-performing aesthetic medical practice.This role is part-time initially, with a clear pathway to full-time employment as patient volume and services expand. Ideal for an NP who is entrepreneurial-minded, confident working independently, and excited to grow alongside a fast-scaling brand. Previous experience is a plus but not required! Modern Med will provide all necessary training!Role OverviewProvide wellness-focused patient-centered care under medical director oversightConduct patient evaluations, education, and follow-upDeliver and support wellness services including personalized weight loss, peptide and hormone replacement therapy (training provided)Document care accurately and thoroughly in the EMRMaintain HIPAA compliance at all timesCollaborate with leadership to help build, refine, and expand wellness offeringsParticipate in social media content creation and posting related to services (training and guidance provided)Qualifications:Active Adult Nurse Practitioner license in the state of MissouriComfortable working independently with physician/medical director oversightStrong attention to detail and excellent clinical judgmentSolid understanding of HIPAA and compliant medical documentationExperience with EMR systemsComfortable representing the brand professionally on social mediaPositive attitude, growth mindset, and team-oriented approachMotivated to improve the lives of our patients through personalized wellness plansVisit us at:www.modernmedstl.com
