Subway Store Manager - Be the Captain of the Crew

Compensation$740/week (50 hours). Quarterly bonus up to $1,100 (up to $4,400/year). Paid every week – no waiting.OverviewThis isn't just about making schedules and checking numbers. This is a working manager position. Our managers are hands-on leaders – making sandwiches, prepping in the mornings, keeping food and service on point, and stepping in wherever the team needs support.You'll train and lead your crew, but you'll also roll up your sleeves every day and set the pace. Think of yourself as the captain of the ship – steering the store, but right there on deck with the crew.ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day operations in a Subway location.Train, coach, and motivate the crew to meet labor, food, and sales targets.Keep food and service quality on point, prep in the mornings, and address issues as they arise.Maintain organization, reliability, and accountability across the team.QualificationsLeadership experience in quick-service restaurants or retail.Comfortable doing the work alongside the team, from prepping veggies to running the line.Ability to stay organized, reliable, and keep others accountable.Pride in hitting targets and running a tight, well-run operation.Who This Job Is Not ForYou just want to clock in, do the minimum, and go home.
