Field Services Business Development Manager

As a Field Services Business Development Manager based in Allentown, PA, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and maintaining strong client relationships within the environmental services sector. You will represent Clearsite's values by ensuring safe operations and delivering exceptional service to customers across various industries.Key responsibilities include:Prioritizing health and safety by adhering to safe work practices, policies, and procedures.Developing new business opportunities with existing and prospective customers, generating leads, and securing Field Services work such as hazardous waste remediation, tank cleaning, and emergency response.Collaborating with internal sales teams and building strong relationships with local branches to maximize revenue and service delivery.Meeting quarterly and annual revenue targets while maintaining daily awareness of sales activities and results.Tracking and managing activities, opportunities, and accounts using CRM tools, leveraging insights to develop strategies and cross-sell services.Negotiating pricing and contract terms to secure profitable business.Serving as the primary contact and problem solver for assigned accounts and new business opportunities.Assisting with the collection of invoiced revenue from customers.Addressing obstacles promptly and taking decisive action to resolve issues.Cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve program goals and position Clearsite as an indispensable partner.RequirementsRequired Qualifications:5+ years of B2B sales experience, including account management and business developmentExperience meeting revenue targets or quotas in sales or account management rolesExperience in Field Services or Industrial ServicesBackground resolving customer issues related to RCRA, DOT, CERCLA, environmental remediation, emergency response, or industrial high-pressure cleaningExperience using software to track and manage accounts, opportunities, and sales activitiesValid driver's licenseAuthorized to work in the United StatesAbility to travel as needed for customer and site visits (mostly day trips)Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in sales or business managementExperience negotiating pricing and contract terms in a B2B sales contextExperience in industrial or environmental servicesOSHA/HazWOPER or other relevant safety or field certificationExperience managing B2B customer relationships in utilities, construction, municipalities, or industrial facilities/plantsBenefits401(k) with company matchHealth, Dental, and Vision InsurancePaid Time Off (PTO)Commission PayCompetitive base salary plus competitive commission
