Overview In this role you drive strategy, planning, and execution of production and post-production technology initiatives to enable scalable content creation. You will bridge engineering, creative technology, production operations, and leadership to deliver end-to-end programs that modernize our production ecosystem. You lead cost reduction and security initiatives, ensuring high-quality output without compromising creative integrity. This role offers impact across on-set capture through final delivery workflows, shaping how content is produced and distributed. ResponsibilitiesDefine and drive multi-year technology roadmaps for production and post-production systemsPartner with software development, production technology operations, creatives, vendors, and senior leadership to deliver integrated solutions on time and within scopeDevelop deep understanding of media supply chain technologies, cloud-based production workflows, asset management systems, and standards (ACES, IMF, SMPTE)Identify risks, resolve blockers, and manage interdependencies across distributed teams and third-party integrationsEstablish program governance, reporting mechanisms, and success metrics for transparency and continuous improvementChampion cloud-native, scalable solutions that maintain high quality for theatrical and streaming delivery Key requirements5+ years of technical product or program management experience3+ years of software development experience5+ years of technical program management with software engineering teamsExperience managing programs across cross-functional teams and coordinating release schedulesExperience building and evaluating system-level technical designExperience developing and delivering product and technical roadmapscross-functional collaborationstakeholder communicationrisk managementmedia supply chain technologiescloud-based production workflowsasset management systems
