Position Summary
The Center Director is responsible for the overall success of the Code Ninjas center. This leadership role oversees daily operations, sales, marketing, staff management, customer experience, and financial performance. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, sales-driven, and passionate about education and working with children.
Key Responsibilities
Center Operations & Leadership
Oversee day-to-day operations of the center to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
Ensure compliance with Code Ninjas brand standards, policies, and procedures
Maintain a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for students and families
Sales & Enrollment
Drive new student enrollments through tours, consultations, and follow-ups
Meet or exceed monthly enrollment and revenue goals
Convert leads into enrollments through strong relationship-building and communication
Marketing & Community Outreach
Execute local marketing initiatives, events, and partnerships
Build relationships with schools, community organizations, and local businesses
Represent Code Ninjas at community events and promotional activities
Staff Management
Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and manage instructors and front-desk staff
Coach and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service and instruction
Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback
Customer Experience
Deliver an outstanding experience for students and parents
Address parent inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a professional manner
Retain students through engagement, communication, and program quality
Financial & Administrative Duties
Manage center budgets, payroll, and expenses
Track KPIs, enrollment metrics, and revenue performance
Maintain accurate records, reports, and scheduling systems
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree preferred (Education, Business, or related field a plus)
2–5 years of experience in management, sales, education, or customer service
Strong sales, leadership, and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Experience working with children and families preferred
Ability to work evenings and weekends as required
Proficiency with CRM systems, scheduling software, and Microsoft/Google tools
