Administrative Coordinator – Operations Support
Location: Norcross, GA
Reports to: General Manager
FLSA Status: Hourly (Non-Exempt)
Shift: 1st Shift
Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Coordinator to support daily office and operational needs at our Norcross facility. This role provides general administrative support to plant leadership and Operations, helps coordinate office activities, and serves as a key point of contact for visitors and employees.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
Serve as the front-office contact for visitors and incoming calls
Provide administrative support to Operations and plant leadership
Assist with basic spreadsheets, reports, labels, and documentation
Help coordinate meetings, safety communications, and plant activities
Support onboarding and act as a local administrative contact for HR
Assist with purchasing, invoicing checks, and general office tasks
Provide back-up administrative support as needed
Basic Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Prior administrative or office support experience preferred
Intermediate to Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel
Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a manufacturing or plant environment
