Creative Director
As Creative Director, you will set and lead the creative direction for brand and marketing work, guiding ideas from concept through execution. You'll lead and mentor freelance designers and copywriters, manage agency and vendor partnerships, and shape how the brand shows up across all touchpoints-from major campaigns to detailed, pixel level execution. This role is for a hands on creative leader with strong design taste and business acumen. You bring deep expertise in design systems and can translate business objectives into compelling visual stories that drive results. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with writers, producers, marketers, researchers, and product partners. You're equally comfortable presenting strategic vision to senior leaders and executing directly in tools like Figma.
