Human Resources Manager

PACO Steel of Arkansas is looking to hire a Human Resources Manager at our Blytheville, AR office. You will be responsible for all HR related functions at our steel beam manufacturing mill and will reporting directly to management. Responsibilities: Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new employees Strategizing and developing hiring campaigns Conduct safety meetings and ensure a safe working environment Training and development Employee relations and conflict management Payroll and benefits Requirements: High school diploma or GED Previous experience in Human Resources Leadership and communication skills Benefits: 401(k) Health insurance Paid time off M-F 8am-5pm Job Type: Full-time Pay: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
