The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience creating user guides and developing SOPs/process documentation that clearly support system users, operational teams, and business stakeholders.Important: Resumes must clearly demonstrate experience in:Writing for software systemsCreating user guidesDeveloping SOPs and process documentationIf these skills are not clearly visible on the resume, candidates will not move forward.Required Qualifications (Must Have) Proven experience writing documentation for software systemsHands-on experience creating end-user guides and instructional materialsStrong background developing SOPs, workflows, and process documentationAbility to translate technical concepts into clear, user-friendly documentationExperience collaborating with technical and business teamsAI Knowledge (Important) This role does not require deep technical expertise in AI tools. However, candidates must demonstrate:Awareness and understanding of AI conceptsAbility to think through documentation and SOP implications for AI-driven toolsExperience writing guidance that could support bots or automated workflows (preferred)Understanding of how automation impacts user instructions and operational processesPreferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) Experience in the healthcare or insurance ecosystemFamiliarity with claims processing or customer service support environmentsExperience documenting automated or workflow-driven systemsKey Responsibilities Develop and maintain software documentation, user guides, and process manualsCreate and update SOPs aligned with system enhancements and business changesWork closely with SMEs, developers, and operations teams to gather accurate informationEnsure documentation supports AI-driven and automated workflows where applicableMaintain consistency, clarity, and usability across all documentation
