We are currently looking to grow our amazing Guest Service Department Team.
Brief Job Description
The Guest Service Department is tasked with fielding inbound calls from all our parks. This team provides answers to general informational questions, books reservations for our guests, and manages our website chat and email responses. The right candidate will be an excellent communicator, work well under pressure, be team-oriented, and easily provide relaxed but informative two-way phone conversations with inbound callers. This team will service locations throughout all our regions and any new locations opening in the future. Weekend and some holiday availability is required.
Responsibilities
· A full understanding of all Full Throttle parks and what activities are offered along with pricing for those activities.
· Answering inbound calls from customers in order to resolve customer questions or concerns in a timely manner.
· Managing customer questions and concerns through web chat.
· Forward referrals for private and corporate events to the correct sales manager.
· Identify and escalate priority issues.
· Problem solving.
· Entering customer information into the system.
· Utilize booking system to secure guest reservations.
· A strong focus on conversions.
Job Requirements
· High school diploma required
· 1-2 years of Retail Customer Service experience or Call Center experience
· Basic knowledge of computer systems
· Availability to work weekends, evenings, and some holidays
· Excellent communication skills
· Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask while navigating quickly through screens in the computer system
· Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers
· Team-oriented with a can-do attitude
Commitment to excellent customer service, positive attitude, and a desire to go above and beyond what is required
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
