Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead / Technical Program Manager to drive our Salesforce Operations. This role is a blend of hands-on technical leadership and structured program management, focused on delivering a secure, scalable, and compliant Salesforce platform for our business.You will own end-to-end delivery of the operational programs: aligning stakeholders, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing implementation partners, and ensuring technical solutions meet both business and regulatory requirements. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who can comfortably switch between strategic planning, technical deep dives, and execution oversight.Key Responsibilities1.Program & Delivery Management Manage program activities and milestones Define and maintain the overall program roadmap, milestones, and success metricsRun regular executive reviews (readouts, status reviews) and provide clear, data-driven updates on progress, risks, and dependencies.Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining high quality and compliance standards.• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align on goals and deliverablesPartner with business stakeholders (Sales, RevOps, Support, Legal, Security, Compliance, etc.) to translate requirements into a clear implementation plan.Align product, architecture, security, data, and operations teams on scope, priorities, and timelines.Facilitate decision-making, resolving conflicts and removing blockers to keep work moving.• Collaborate with the program team and implementation vendorServe as the primary technical and program point of contact with the implementation partner and any external vendors.Review and validate solution designs, integration approaches, and overall technical architecture.Ensure vendor deliverables (configuration, custom development, integrations, DevOps pipeline, documentation) meet internal standards..2.Technical LeadershipSalesforce ExpertiseProvide technical leadership including architecture oversight, configuration standards, and customization patterns.Ensure proper use of Salesforce best practices around data model, sharing & visibility, profiles/permission sets, and API usage.3.Development & DevOpsOversee and support development, DevOps, and release management activitiesPartner with engineering teams to ensure reliable, repeatable releases, environment strategy, and incident/change management processes.4.Integration, Data & SecurityGuide the design of integrations between Salesforce and upstream/downstream systems (e.g., identity, data warehouse, case management, billing/ERP, logging/monitoring tools).Oversee data migration planning and execution, including data mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.Work closely with Security and Compliance to ensure adherence to data residency, encryption, access control, logging/auditing, and regulatory requirements.5.Stakeholder Management & CommunicationAct as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, clearly explaining trade-offs, risks, and solution options.Lead requirements and design workshops, solution walkthroughs, and user reviews with business partners and agency stakeholders as needed.Prepare executive-level dashboards, status reports, and presentations that highlight progress, issues, and mitigation plans.Champion change management and adoption efforts in partnership with business teams (training, documentation, release notes, communications).Qualifications:Required8+ years of experience in Salesforce-focused roles (e.g., Technical Lead, Architect, Senior Developer, Technical Program Manager).Proven experience leading complex Salesforce programs end-to-end.Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, custom apps) and core concepts:Data model design and optimizationSecurity & sharing modelApex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, APIs, and integration patternsHands-on experience managing multi-team, cross-functional programs with clear delivery accountability.Demonstrated experience working with implementation partners / vendors, including managing SOWs, deliverables, and quality.Solid grasp of DevOps practices for Salesforce: source control, CI/CD, automated testing, and environment strategy.Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills; comfortable engaging with senior leadership and non-technical audiences.PreferredFamiliarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (Jira, ADO, etc.).Background in enterprise architecture, security, or compliance is a plus.Core CompetenciesTechnical depth with program breadth: Able to dive into architecture and design details while managing end-to-end program scope and timelines.Structured problem solving: Skilled at identifying root causes, assessing options, and driving decisions in ambiguous environments.Collaboration & influence: Works effectively across teams and levels;
