This individual must possess an entrepreneurial spirit; excellent market vision, and the passion to make that vision a reality. You'll be starting from a position of strength as ZOLL is the market leader in providing integrated technology solutions to Emergency Medical Services (EMS), Fire markets, and broader healthcare markets. We are seeking a strong leader to help develop the market and position the portfolio for future growth.Essential FunctionsServe as a product strategy SME, driving and implementing the roadmap for your product portfolioBuild relationships with customers to inform product roadmap and communicate product visionSet the product direction to enable the company to hit its revenue and profitability targets for your productsBring to market revenue-generating, customer-driven software products while managing the entire product lifecycle from strategy to executionIdentify market opportunities through customer research and insightsSpecify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customersInform product decisions with quantitative and qualitative dataLead, create, and launch market-leading product offerings in partnership with other groups such as sales, marketing and engineeringOwn the portfolio P&L, market segmentation, pricing strategy, competitive landscape, and positioning for the product offeringsDevelop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to executeDirectly oversee the work of a team of product managers and product ownersRequired/Preferred Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, related Engineering subject preferred7+ years of experience working in R&D within a software technology organization required and3+ years of experience leading high performing teamsrequired andExperience delivering solutions in Digital Health and Healthcare IT spacepreferred andExperience in Healthcare and EMS billingpreferred andExperience setting pricing strategy preferredKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesAdvanced understanding of software development lifecycle; with ability to adjust using agile and waterfall methodologies and DevOps mindsetUnderstanding of EMS Software market and broader revenue cycle managementBroad base of business skills including business case development, financial acumen, product positioning, pricing strategyDemonstrated success in translating customer problems into solutionsStrong technical acumen and analytical skills, with deep understanding of Cloud based delivery modelExcellent speaking and presentation skillsHighly collaborative team builder with the ability to influence others across all functional disciplinesTravel RequirementsAbility to travel up to 30%ZOLL is a fast-growing company that operates in more than 140 countries around the world. Factors which may affect starting salary include geography, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
