This individual will be responsible for :Overall responsibility for crew safety, performance, productivity and work quality for assigned projectsCollaborate with superintendent and project manager to coordinate project startup, execution and close outUse look‐ahead schedules, manpower forecasts and project specifications to provide optimum scheduling of material, manpower and crew mixSystematically direct and assign crew field activities to achieve maximize productivity while maintaining PCG standards of quality, performance and workplace safetyCreate and maintain positive relationships with all trades, vendors, co‐workers and customers to maximize effectiveness and efficiencyConvey a professional and positive attitude as the onsite representative of branch and corporationUse available technology to perform job tasks efficientlyAbility to perform all job duties and associated work functions in a constant state of alertness and in a safe mannerPerforms other related duties as assignedOn-the-job training offeredThis position is safety-sensitive.Hourly range: $30 - $34 an hour.Basic RequirementsMust have at least 5 years of experience in a Foreman/Supervisor roleMust have a track record of successfully performing supervisory responsibilitiesMust have strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skillsProficient in reading cold formed metal framing shop drawingsManaged a crew size of 20+ craftsmen.Understanding of wall framing limiting heights and UL assembliesProficient in quality controlAble to withstand prolonged periods standing and working outsidePhysically able to perform assigned tasksMust be able to lift 40 pounds at a timePreferred RequirementsLocal to the Austin metro areaBenefitsAt Performance Contracting, our employees are our greatest asset.
