Job Description: Junior Front-End Developer — Core-Rx (Chicago, IL) Core-Rx is an independent, live-science marketing agency operating at the intersection of health, creativity, and AI. We’re looking for a Junior Front-End Developer who’s eager to learn, grow quickly, and contribute to real-world work from day one.This role reports to the SVP, Digital Innovation & Technology and is ideal for someone early in their career (0-2yrs experience) who is looking to accelerate their growth through hands-on experience, mentorship, and real-world project exposure.What you’ll do:·      Build and maintain responsive web experiences for real client and product work·      Translate UI/UX designs into clean, scalable front-end code·      Contribute to AI-enhanced workflows that improve how we build and create·      Debug, test, and optimize for performance and usabilityWhat you bring:·      Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field·      Strong foundation in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript·      Familiarity with modern frameworks (React or similar)·      Experience using Git/version control·      A portfolio, coursework, or projects that demonstrate your thinking and execution·      Curiosity about AI and how it can enhance work·      A growth mindset and desire to learn in a fast-paced environmentWhy Core-Rx: We believe AI should amplify human ingenuity, not replace it. That’s why we actively invest in junior talent and are committed to developing the next generation of AI-native leaders.You’ll work on real production projects from day one, gaining exposure to how modern digital experiences are built in a collaborative agency environment.Chicago-based | On-site 4 days/week. We prioritize in-person collaboration and mentorship. You’ll have direct, face-to-face access to your manager and team, because we believe strong human connection drives better work and faster growth.If you're excited to build, learn, and grow in a team that values both technology and creativity, we’d love to connect.
