ThePharmacistis responsible for supporting pharmacy operations and ensuring medications are processed, verified, and dispensed safely and accurately. This role oversees pharmacy workflow, supervises pharmacy staff, ensures regulatory compliance, and helps maintain efficient medication distribution to customers and healthcare facilities.Shift: Primary Schedule Mon-Fri (3:30pm - 12:00am) Rotating Weekends (one weekend day each week - all weekend shifts are 9am-5pm) Rotating HolidaysWork Environment : Closed Door Pharmacy, OnsiteKey Responsibilities Overseedaily pharmacy operations , including workflow, production goals, and deadlines. Ensure compliance withlocal, state, and federal pharmacy regulations , including DEA and HIPAA requirements. Verify theaccuracy and completeness of prescriptions , labels, and medication orders (new and refills). Review and confirmdrug packaging, labeling, and final medication preparation . Supervise pharmacy technicians and production staff to maintain efficient workflow and secure pharmacy operations. Ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered according toestablished schedules . Assist withcontrolled substance management , including ordering, receiving, documentation, and storage. Maintainperpetual inventory records for Schedule II medications . Prepare and/or supervise the preparation ofsterile IV medications or solutions . Monitor workflow systems and ensure theworkflow dashboard is cleared daily . Provideevening, weekend, holiday, and on-call coverageas scheduled. Follow all departmental policies related tosafety, attendance, and dress code . Perform additional duties as assigned.Required PharmD from an accredited School of Pharmacy Current state license to practice pharmacy in good standing 1 year of experience as a Pharmacist in any setting
