Test Manager

Remote position Max Rate : $52/ - hr C2C Must have 3 + years Managers exp Required Skills8+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance / Test Automation, with 3+ years in a leadership or management role.Strong experience designing and implementing test automation frameworks.Hands-on experience with one or more automation tools/frameworks such as:SeleniumCypressPlaywrightAppiumREST API automation toolsStrong programming experience in Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript.Experience with API testing and REST/SOAP services.Strong understanding of CI/CD, preferably Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.Experience with Git and source-control practices.Strong SQL/database testing experience.Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, defect management, test planning, and QA processes.Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira, ALM, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.Experience with containerization and DevOps technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar.Experience with BDD frameworks such as Cucumber.Experience implementing automation within enterprise-scale applications.Experience with microservices and distributed systems.Experience working in healthcare, financial services, or other highly regulated environments is a plus.
