Open to any of the firm’s 20+ national offices (including Austin, DC, Chicago, Denver, LA) or their fully integrated virtual office.The Work: Focus on the "powerhouse" agreements of the energy transition: EPCs, PPAs, equipment supply, and O&M agreements.Culture: Entrepreneurial, proactive, and deeply committed to DEI and professional development.Who You AreExperience: 4–6+ years of sophisticated experience in renewable energy development and complex infrastructure projects.Skill Set: A specialist in drafting and negotiating the core commercial contracts that drive energy projects forward.Mindset: You possess exceptional judgment, a "client-first" mentality, and the ability to manage high-pressure, multi-faceted projects.Credentials: Strong academic record and an active bar license in your preferred jurisdiction.Compensation & BenefitsOur client offers a highly competitive compensation structure based on geographic market:CA, NY, DC: $240,000 – $265,000CO, IL, MA, MD, WA: $230,000 – $260,000MN, VT: $215,000 – $246,000 (Commensurate with qualifications and experience; comprehensive benefits package included).
