Key Responsibilities Manage a general litigation caseload Collaborate with other attorneys and partners on legal projects Handle court appearances, depositions, and examinations under oath Communicate with clients and provide status reports Required Qualifications 2+ years of general litigation defense experience Experience in preparing pleadings, discovery, depositions, and motion practice Licensed to practice and in good standing in Pennsylvania & New York or Pennsylvania & New Jersey J.D. from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional law firm setting
