Role: Python/AI EngineerLocation: NY/NJ (Onsite)Position Type: FulltimeClient- Altimetrik/Citi BankYears of Exp - 8+ Years Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and deploy Python-based AI/LLM applications using FastAPI/Flask.Develop REST APIs and scalable enterprise solutions.Build AI-powered data analytics and self-service platforms.Optimize data pipelines for performance and scalability.Collaborate with Risk stakeholders to deliver AI-driven solutions.Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and mentor engineering teams.Required SkillsStrong Python development with FastAPI or Flask.Experience building production-grade AI/LLM applications.Solid SQL, data modeling, and data engineering fundamentals.Expertise in concurrency, asynchronous programming, and performance optimization.Experience with testing, production support, and system reliability.Strong architectural design and technical leadership skills.Preferred SkillsAgentic AI, RAG, LangChain/LangGraph, or Talk-to-Data solutions.Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, Redis.OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Prometheus.CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions), DevOps/GitOps.QualificationsBachelor's/Master's in Computer Science or equivalent.8+ years of software engineering experience.
