Maintenance Technician / Handyman

We provide property management for owners of long-term rental properties across the Central Maine region. Job details: Monday – Friday, 8am-4:30pm, flexible at 32-40 hours/week Hourly position at $20-24/hour No license or insurance required Willing to drive from Brunswick through Waterville Mileage reimbursed at the IRS rate Partial cell phone reimbursement/stipend Absolute Requirements: Must live in or close to the Augusta area Must have a reliable vehicle Able to start within the next two weeks You qualify for valid employment in the US You will submit to and pass a background check Examples of tasks you will be asked to complete: Fix minor leaks Repair water damage to flooring/drywall Caulk showers and tubs Replace light fixtures Install window A/Cs Troubleshoot no heat calls to determine cause Unclog drain lines Basic appliance repairs Replace door handles / dead bolts Replace door hinges or flooring transition strips Drywall repair Painting Minor landscaping projects Unit turns for new tenants; repair of general wear and tear This role is a good fit if . . .
