Job Description Responsible for the care/support associated with all aspects of care, including but not limited to: feeding, feeding tubes, hygiene, medication and community activities. Promote individual's rights, dignity, freedom of choice, and their individuality according to person centered thinking. Demonstrate knowledge of the HCBS rights and regulations and implement such when interaction with service recipient. Provide individualized attention, which encourages each service recipient's safety and ability to maintain or attain the highest practical physical, mental and psycho-social plans. Protect the personal belongings of each individual and promptly report missing items according to established policy. Assist and escort service recipients to community activities and others as assigned.
