Job DescriptionFamily Medicine Physician (MD/DO)Location: Aliquippa, PennsylvaniaCompensation: $220,000+ annually (based on experience)A well-established primary care organization in Aliquippa, PA is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join its dedicated outpatient clinical team. This role offers excellent stability, strong benefits, and the opportunity to provide compassionate, community-focused care in a supportive environment.Aliquippa is a historic community in Beaver County with easy access to Pittsburgh, offering small-town charm, affordability, and a welcoming patient population.Compensation & Benefits• Salary starting at $220,000+ (commensurate with experience)• Health insurance – employer covers 80% (employee cost: $41.04–$164.38/month)• Dental & vision insurance – employee cost: $5.38/month total• 403(b) retirement plan with 5% employer match• 20 days (160 hours) of PTO• 8 paid holidays• CME: 5 days + $1,500 annual stipend• Life insurance coverage up to $100,000• Eligibility for up to $75,000 in student loan repayment• Tuition reimbursement up to $2,500 per year• Malpractice insurance fully covered• License renewal, DEA, and professional society dues covered• Long-term and short-term disability• Employee Assistance Program• Full clinical support staffSchedule• Monday: 7:30am–6:00pm• Tuesday–Thursday: 8:00am–5:00pm• Friday: 8:00am–2:00pm• 100% outpatient primary careKey Responsibilities• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients of all ages• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions• Promote preventive care, wellness strategies, and patient education• Collaborate with nursing and administrative teams to support care delivery• Maintain accurate clinical documentationRequirements• Active Pennsylvania medical license and DEA• MD or DO degree• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine• New graduates welcome to apply
