Plumbing is the foundation of our company and we take pride in training and retaining the best plumbers this side of the Rocky Mountains.What You'll DoDrive Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute plans to grow the plumbing division, expand market share, and strengthen our presence in Northwest MontanaOwn Financial Performance: Manage P&L, budgets, forecasting, billing, and contracts to ensure profitability and financial healthLead Project Execution: Oversee Project Managers, Superintendents, and field teams across commercial plumbing projects - ensuring safety, quality, and on-time deliveryOptimize Operations: Manage manpower, scheduling, and backlog while tracking KPIs to maximize efficiency and productivityBuild Teams & Relationships: Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing teams while building strong relationships with clients, GCs, and industry partnersWhat You BringBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related fieldProven leadership experience in mechanical/plumbing contracting, with strong knowledge of preconstruction and project executionTrack record managing budgets, P&L, and financial forecastingStrong leadership and communication skills with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teamsEffective problem-solver and decision-maker focused on resultsSolid understanding of industry codes, regulations, and safety standardsProficient in project management tools and Microsoft OfficePMP, CM-Lean, or similar certifications are a plusBenefits & PerksAt Williams, we take care of our team with competitive benefits, growth opportunities, and a culture that values work-life balance.
