Job Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Staff to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring a smooth operation within the restaurant environment. Your contributions will help create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensure their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. Responsibilities Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and consistency. Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, including Aloha POS and Micros POS, to process customer transactions efficiently. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly. Assist in upselling menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety guidelines. Handle cash transactions accurately and manage cash handling responsibilities with integrity. Support food handling processes, including bussing tables, serving food, and ensuring timely delivery of orders. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations during peak hours. Participate in training sessions to enhance culinary skills and knowledge of the food industry. Skills Proven experience in food preparation and kitchen operations within a quick service or fast food restaurant setting. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is preferred. Strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests positively. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Previous experience in the restaurant industry or related fields such as retail or grocery stores is advantageous. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated when needed.
