The Sales Associate will provide excellent customer service, engage with clients to understand their needs, and assist them in selecting luxury products. Additional responsibilities include maintaining outstanding store presentation, building lasting relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves inventory management, handling transactions, and staying up to date with product knowledge to enhance the customer experience. Qualifications Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to build rapport, engage with diverse clients, and provide a luxury shopping experienceSales expertise with the ability to meet or exceed targets through effective communication and cross-sellingAttention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to maintain store visual standardsKnowledge of fashion and luxury retail, with enthusiasm for the Jimmy Choo brandProficiency in handling transactions and familiarity with point-of-sale systemsAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentPrevious experience in a retail or luxury setting is preferredFlexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
