Patients may never notice this work, but it's essential to creating a positive experience. Our Health Information Management Representatives (HIM II) play a key part in that. They prepare HIPAA‐compliant release‐of‐information requests, work with a third‐party vendor to gather paper charts, assist walk‐in patients, handle STAT requests, and manage incoming calls - all of which help set the foundation for high‐quality care.WHO WE AREFranciscan Health is a non-profit health care ministry with primary and specialty care physician groups located throughout Indiana and Illinois.
