Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Manager located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The role involves overseeing customer service teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and the efficient resolution of inquiries and complaints. Responsibilities include designing and implementing service standards, monitoring KPIs, analyzing feedback to improve processes, and ensuring consistent communication with customers. The role will also provide training and support to team members to enhance their performance and development. Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Service Management, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer SupportProficiency in Analytical Skills for interpreting data and driving process improvementExcellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to foster team collaboration and client relationshipsProven ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environmentExperience in conflict resolution and problem-solvingBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is a plus
